We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customers must inform Maambe Creations about the exchange request within this 7-day period.
If no information or intimation regarding an exchange is received within 7 days of delivery, the order will not be eligible for exchange.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
A product may be eligible for exchange if:
- The product is unused and unworn.
- The product is in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- The product has not been washed, altered or damaged by the customer.
- The product is returned with all accessories, if applicable.
3. Size Exchange
If the purchased size does not fit, you may request an exchange for another available size of the same product, subject to availability.
4. Product Exchange
Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested product or size.
If the requested product or size is unavailable, we will communicate the available options to you.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please inform us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you.
6. Products Not Eligible for Exchange
Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, stained or returned without original tags may not be accepted for exchange.

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Required size/product, where applicable
- Clear photographs, if requested
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
